1. Introduction:

The Voxer-Zapier Integration aims to bridge communication gaps and streamline workflows for Voxer Business and PRO customers by facilitating the automatic transfer of Voxer messages to various platforms such as Slack, Email, ticket systems, or other apps like Basecamp, and Dropbox. This integration will enhance productivity, collaboration, and organization for Business/PRO customers by making sure that Voxer messages are accessible and actionable across different platforms.

2. Objectives:

• Automate the transfer of Voxer messages to designated platforms based on specific triggers and actions.
• Improve accessibility and visibility of Voxer messages by integrating with commonly used platforms such as Slack, Email, and Dropbox.
• Enhance collaboration and streamline communication processes for our customers by enabling seamless interaction between Voxer and other essential tools.

3. Integration Features:

• Message Routing: Automatically route Voxer messages to designated channels, email addresses, or specific projects/tasks in other platforms based on predefined triggers and actions.
• Message Formatting: Ensure consistent formatting of Voxer messages when transferred to different platforms to maintain clarity and readability.
• Ticket Creation: Integrate with ticketing systems to automatically create tickets from Voxer messages containing fixes or ideas, facilitating efficient issue tracking and resolution.
• Photo Transfer: Enable the automatic transfer of photos taken via Voxer to designated Gmail accounts, allowing users to easily access and manage visual content.
• Chat Integration: Facilitate the transfer of Voxer messages from specific chats to designated projects or discussions within external systems integrated with Zapier, promoting seamless collaboration and task management.

  • When a Voxer message containing a fix or idea is received, the integration automatically transfers it to a designated Slack channel.

• Scenario 2: Voxer Photo to Gmail
  • Photos taken via Voxer are automatically forwarded to specified Gmail accounts.
